Rogelach and Biscotti

You will be learning how to make Rugelach (Apricot, Raspberry and Chocolate) and Biscotti (Chocolate and Plain)

Welcome to our Biscotti and Rugelach Baking Class, a unique culinary experience that brings together the best of Italian and Jewish baking traditions. In this engaging, hands-on session, you'll learn the art of making the perfect Biscotti, known for its crunchy texture and rich flavors, and Rugelach, celebrated for its flaky, tender pastry and sweet fillings

Here's a list of the essential tools you'll need to make Biscotti and Rugelach. Please let us know if you need us to provide any of these items:

  1. Mixing Bowls 

  2. Measuring Cups and Spoons 

  3. Digital Scale 

  4. Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer 

  5. Spatulas and Wooden Spoons 

  6. Rolling Pin 

  7. Baking Sheets or Trays 

  8. Parchment Paper or Silicone Baking Mats 

  9. Zester or Grater 

  10. Food Processor (Optional) 

  11. Box Grater
