We will be making Apple Fritters, Glazed and Boston Cream Donuts

Minimum 3 people - $85 dollars per person (Includes Ingredients)

This Donut class is an exciting and indulgent experience for anyone with a sweet tooth and an interest in baking and frying techniques. Donuts come in a variety of styles, from classic yeast-raised donuts to cake donuts, each with its own texture and flavor profile

  1. Deep Fryer or Heavy-Bottomed Pot 

  2. Candy or Deep-Frying Thermometer 

  3. Donut Cutter or Round Cookie Cutters 

  4. Mixing Bowls 

  5. Measuring Cups and Spoons 

  6. Stand Mixer with Dough Hook Attachment 

  7. Rolling Pin 

  8. Whisk 

  9. Spatula 

  10. Slotted Spoon or Spider Strainer 

  11. Cooling Rack 

  12. Piping Bag and Tips (optional) 

  13. Baking Sheets
