In this hands-on session, you'll delve into the delicate process of creating these buttery, flaky pastries. From mixing and laminating the dough to shaping and baking, our expert guidance will lead you through each crucial step

Here's a list of the essential tools you'll need to make Croissants. Please let us know if you need us to provide any of these items:

  1. Large Mixing Bowls 

  2. Dough Scraper 

  3. Rolling Pin 

  4. Pastry Mat or Clean, Flat Surface

  5. Measuring Cups and Spoons

  6. Digital Scale

  7. Baking Sheets or Trays

  8. Parchment Paper or Silicone Baking Mat

  9. Pastry Brush

  10. Rolling Pin

In this 3 hour class, you will learn:​
